Our Arrangements shown on the pictures are preference. All of our arrangements will not be 100% exactly the same, as the bouquets are handmade and the Flowers are nature product.

Especially for Mix Flowers Arrangements, the flowers are mixed specially by us. You can't choose per flower type. The theme color will remain the same as you requested (Example : Pink).

Shipping mostly by thrid party courier: Lalamove, or driver by our team occasionally. Shipping price is according to Lalamove pricing. You can also do self pickup/if you want to order your own online shipping courier (Grab Express, Gosend, Lalamove, etc).

Delay on delivery process may occur due to unpredictable traffic/weather. Please input the approximate time delivery pickup from our Studio.

Make sure the reciever will be able to be contacted, to help the drivers deliver your order easily.

We will make your order after you do the payment. After you do the payment, you won't be able to cancel your order.
